Phil Peper is the Senior Research Scientist at Franklyn IP Consulting, with more than 10 years of experience designing experiments, conducting surveys, analyzing data, and writing research reports.
Phil earned his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2023 with a focus on behavioral cognitive science.. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of California, Riverside and Arizona State University. In 2025 he completed training in choice-based conjoint analysis through Sawtooth Software.
His academic research focuses on prospective memory, attention, and decision-making, and he has published extensively in peer-reviewed psychology journals. His work looks at how people use reminders and offloading strategies to manage memory, how working memory capacity shapes those decisions, and how these processes change with age.
In his free time, Phil likes to read, watch movies, and spend time with his family.
