Jackson Polansky is an Engagement Manager at Franklyn IP Consulting with more than four years of experience designing and conducting surveys, analyzing data, and writing reports for intellectual property litigation. He’s an experienced project leader in matters involving likelihood of confusion, false advertising, patent valuation, and defamation, and he also has extensive experience with legal research.
Jackson earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2023, along with a certification in Intellectual Property and Technology. He also holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Arizona State University, magna cum laude.
Outside work, Jackson is an avid tennis player and watcher. When he can’t find a hitting partner, he’ll catch a movie in the theater or see a concert. This year he’s trying to read something other than the Dune series.
